I haven't recognized that in the former solution the formula is displayed in inline-
mode, thats not good! That's why I like you solution better, but if I dont want to 
frame every equation I#ve got a new problem, see?
So, do you think it's possible to frame some of the formulas and display the others
without frame - maybe some new environment: "framed equation" - do you have any 
experiences in sucher things? -because I don't.

You are absolutely right it is too hot to think about that stuff!
(seems to be as hot in Berlin as it is in Mainz)
