floatflt is a bit tricky to use. If there is not enough ordinary text, the used algorithm fails and the figures are dropped. Try to place the figures a page earlier or so.
Or try do change the size of your floatflt.
I take "%line" and size the pic 3 to 5 % smaller than the whole float. If you have to many pics or if they're to close to the end of the page they won't be printed. So eather change the size or the placement. I think the latex options "hbp!" don't work with this option.
