G'Day all, Bit of a newbie question here, but I've searched the net and the LyX docos without any help.. I want to add a header and a footer to a title page for my thesis (ie write the schools name at the top, etc). If I put the text before and after the 'title' and 'author' blocks, they get put on separate pages, and nothing I do seems to work. Any ideas? Thanks in advance,
