You would need all the development tools (gcc, automake, auoconf, gettet,
xforms-devel...)

I don't have one. I could create one for 7.3 if that helps.

The dependencies are wrong, just use --nodeps.

Depends on what you want to do. xforms, preview-latex, converters, perl,
python might be needed.
