not a bug, I think... my LyX-qt is as usual, similar with xforms (I have installed both on my SuSE 7.2). The problem is probably because of the fonts, as discussed a few days ago. Download a latex-ttf-fonts from the ftp://ftp.lyx.org sites and install it in your system. Wayan
