Hi, I can't seem to find this in either the documentation nor in the mail archives, does somebody know how to make lyx put the header which I have defined appear on the 1st page of a chapter in the Report (koma-script) class? It appears on other pages, just not on the first page. I just want the first page of a chapter to be exactly like any other in my document. The chapter number and chapter title seem to be pushed further down the page too, is there also a way to deal with this?
