Installing lyx 1.3.0pre3

Hello all
I need a little help.I'm trying to instal the lyx 1.3.0pre3, but the 
rpminstaller teels me thati need the libstdc++-libc6.1.2.so.3.
Well i'm using Mandrake 9.0, i have all the xforms and compilers installed and 
i don know where i can find this library.
I'll apreciate very much a sugestion from one of you.
