Hi, I tried to make my own .bst file with makebst. But when I try to use this generated file and view my dvi-output I get question marks for all of my citation references and no reference list. In LyX itself all looks fine. My LaTeX log file shows some warnings like:
... LaTeX Warning: Citation 'author' on page XX undefined on input line XXX ... And this is probably my problem. But now I have no idea where to look next to solve this problem. Does anyone know what I should do? Thanks, Marco -- There is no time like the pleasant.
