Using noweb, I'd like to export to noweb *after* includes are processed.
Is that configurable or is it a code change (and, if so, roughly where
should I start)?
Clearly, some 'exports', namely printing, take place after includes are
processed, so the mechanism is there - just need to move export to noweb
to the same place in the workflow.
