I've looked at Endnote, and an easier solution is probably to create your own export filter, based on Endnotes. You can go to /endnote/styles and copy their bibtex export filter to my bibtex export filter and then edit it using the style manager in endnote to remove any fields that give you problems.

with TKbibtex I found that citations in the dvi/pdf showed as (?)
However, a second manually created bib fie worked fine in the same

The exported bib file was only small and removing offending items not a

So, I have knocked together a vb6 program that removes such headings +
contents from the bib file leaving a file that works ok.
If any one is interested I can email a full setup copy (1.4Mb) to them
or if they have vb6 then just the source code (37kb)
