We have our illustrious leader, namely Lars, and then a number of developers. There are about 8 people with CVS write access. In general these people can commit obvious patches and patches in their own code without approval. During freeze time, patches are generally approved before applying. Patches etc. from other people are applied by one of these people after the patch is posted to the development list. Jean-Marc Lasgouttes looks after the stable series of releases. > Also, I'd like to know to what > extent Lyx can be used for authors of other types of publications (e.g., I > am a lawyer and write law books and legal memoranda). We generally rely on LaTeX support first, typically in the form of a LaTeX class. Then it's a (relatively simple) matter of making a LyX layout for this LaTeX class/style file. > How can I contact Lars Gullik Bjønnes?
