Hi there I need to do the following (would someone have an example of LaTeX commands for it ?):
On pages with major (chapter) headings, the arabic numerals should be centered at the bottom of the page. On all other pages, they should be placed flush with the margin at the top right hand corner of the page, 2cm below the top edge. --- Frederic
