You do not have xforms rpm, the one labelled xforms is LyX as well (just different version, compiled with different version of xforms). Checkout on ftp://ftp.sylvan.com for real ones -- they do not have LyX in their name, just xforms-0.<something>. BTW, if you would get the situation of mutual dependency (which is a mistake of packager, but sometimes it happens), you can override it by using --force option to rpm (check manpage for more details).
