Hello, I am writing an report for my boss at university in the book-style of LYX. This morning he asked me, why I didn't include the list of pictures and tables and the bibliography in the Table of Contents. In fact I couldn't answer him.... In the FAQ I found no solution for the lists and a complicated solution for the literature-part.
Is anyone able to help me??? Thanks Marc
