You cannot do this so for the time being. You have either to :
        - center each cell of your column with the paragraph popup
        - use the >{...} construction provided by the array package(i.e.,
from the top of my head, put >{\centering} in the "special column
alignment" field;Note that this will NOT work on the last column:-( ).
I submited a patch (based on 1.3.0, but this is compatible with 1.2.0) to
the dev. list to automate this process (i.e. keep the alignment buttons
active on a fixed width column), I can send you a copy if you want to have
a look.
