Hi, I have asked this question earlier but I didn't really get any response... Here it is again, with more specifics:
I need to have the TOC title (TABLE OF CONTENTS) 4 inches from top of the page. I get this, no problem. Now, on the second page of TOC, i need to have the title continuing as TABLE OF CONTENTS (CONTINUED) Any idea how I can do this? I don't think fancy and its header will do, since I am already using them for page numbering etc... Any help is appreciated. Remzi
