Hi all LyXers, Some months ago, I've seen a document, something like "writing books with lyx". It was located on ca.postgresql.org. Some weeks later it disappeared, and I couldn't find it anywhere. There is also anothe document with exactly the above mentioned title on troubleshooters.com, but it is not the same. Does anybody know anything about the first one?
