This file is iso8859-9.cdef, which is in the 1.2.0 distribution, but did not make its way to the 1.1.6 branch. You can find it in lyx-devel/lib/kbd in the CVS. Then you must put it in LYX_DIR/kbd, with the other .cdef files. Adrien Rebollo
