Without specifications, I would expect width to addapt to the content
(like html tables does). Have '%' width and an 'em' width that works.

I tried some, but got no convincing results.

Too often is the last row (or the first) left alone on a page (with the
rest of the table elsewhere). In LaTeX there are some 'badness' parameters
to force the behavior to be more polite.

What can I do here ?
