Just noticed something I previously hadn't, if I start lyx from terminal window, it says: Xlib: XDM authorization key matches an existing client! Error: Couldn't find per display information GS [12590] error 256 E:1 1 S:0 0 Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server (Debian Woody, gs 6.51, Xfree 4)
