Hello.
I want to customize
my Lyx program and have some problems with apparently simple features. I will
mention two of these problems, hoping that somebody can help me and I see a
structure behind the solution.
1) When I open a
file, all footnotes are closed. To open all footnotes, I have to go to the menu
Edit -> Floats & Insets -> Open All Footnotes/Marginal Notes. My
question is: Can I customize Lyx so, that this is done automatically whenever I
open a file?
2) Since I work on
an text for a long period, I would like that whenever I start Lyx, the program
automatically opens the file I am writing.
Are these two
customizations possible?
