LyX will not recognize this as IEEETran.cls. It will be considered a different latex class. > ./TeXLive/texmf/tex/latex/IEEEtran/IEEEtran_v15.cls if this didn't have the "_v15" in its name then LyX would recognise it -- assuming latex can see it. Allan. (ARRae)
