LyX does not output the JML > parameters which are already default for the class. sorry for this late response, but the only option i got in my lyx doc are : \papercolumns 1 \papersides 2 but when compiling and dviing the option is ignored... the expoted latex does not contain the twoside option. in fact my book_theo class is a modified book class. but only by adding some theorem stuff.
