Instruction for using Hebrew are in http://www.math.tau.ac.il/~dekelts/lyx/ Since you want both Greek and Hebrew, you need to use an iso10646-1 font (and not iso8859-8). For the window port of lyx, you also need to add the following line to the preferences/lyxrc file: \auto_number false > 2. I have not been successful in installing LaTex2HTML. If you don't succeed installing latex2html, try installing other latex->html converters (e.g. tth or tex4ht)
