You don't need to have a printer that understand postscript to print
postscript documents, you just need a postscript driver like dvips, I
personnaly have a HP660c wich work just fine with cups (mdk 8.0) and dvips
wich come with tetex.
So any printer that is supported by your system (linux right ;-) ) will be
able to print your LaTeX document.
