I tryed the following without much success:
$ lyx --export sgml CCIN2P3CVSaccessHOWTO.lyx
About to handle -x 'buffer-export sgml'
----------------------------------------
Can not export file
No information for exporting to sgml
----------------------------------------
We are done!
Is there any command line to perform this conversion (surprisingly it
seems to me that this used to work)...
