Insert_Figure

 Hi,

 What's the best way of inserting figures?
(1) Insert=> Figure?
(2) Insert=>FloatFigure=>Insert=>Figure?

I am using the option(2), but it puts  the picture at the end of the section 
(not the place where I meant).
