Does this mean we should have a NoBabel entry in layout file? (or
whatever better name you can think of). Also we might want to specify
the commands to change language there.

Anyway, babel is the standard way of specifying languages in LaTeX, so
I am a bit surprised that newlfm is not able to cope with it.
