Thank you very much for your answer. This was partly helpful. I think
I'm missing some templates. For example, I miss the 'book' template, I
don't see it in the document class. And there are a few more that I
don't have. So my question is how do I get that?

an article, a report, a book, remains usualy the same.
You should look at the document setting. It will open a window with a
lot, including the style of document and language. If you go in more
details for the language, you'll see stuff about specificities of your
language (which I don't know)
