First, I can't select module customizable lists even though I have
enumitem.sty installed:
locate enumitem.sty
/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/enumitem/enumitem.sty
/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/lwarp/lwarp-enumitem.sty
I also can't right click to get enumerate options, that gives overlay
options. In TeX code that would produce <resume>, which I assume
wouldn't work.

Is the module itself greyed out? If so, try reconfiguring. If that
doesn't work, then there's a problem with detection of enumitem.sty.
Once you have the module selected, there is an "Enumerate-Resume"
environment you can use, so it's easier than in that post.
