ejour2.cls is in the tex section of the lyx directory (something like
/usr/share/lyx/tex). You have to tell teTeX where this file is, either
by linking the whole directory from within the tex hierarchy
(/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/) or adding it to the list of searchable
dirs (use TEXMF for that).
