It depends on what the other settings are. When I put pdfborderstyle={U} in
that Extra Options menu, I do get underlining, as long as links are not
colored at the same time (that's in the basic options tab). You might have
to read the hyperref manual more closely to get the underlining to be the
right color to print, too.What PDF reader are you using? I don't see underlining in one of my readers, but I do see it in the other. The package's defaults make it a pale turquoise color, which won't print well. BTW, the hyperref manual mentions that PDF readers vary in whether they display some of the link formatting.
