One way is to load the module enumitem (document -> settings -> modules), then you can change among other things indentation. If you load the example file https://wiki.lyx.org/Tips/Enumitem then you get a user manual. Just change in the list options labelindent=\parindent to labelindent=0pt available after loading the enumitem module.
