I deleted in your font setting in Document->Setting. The two lines
in the preamble are enough, no further font setting inside LyX document
preferences is needed. Try my attached LyX document. It works for me.

If it does not work for you, then export the LyX file to latex (lualatex),
go into the directory and run the exported file with

and send me this file also with the created log file.

I guess there is a difference in Ubuntu and Debian.

Check the spelling, where the font is installed etc. etc.
When in doubt, ask someone for help!
