Perhaps the following is an updated link: https://library.princeton.edu/special-collections/file/44213/download?token=YE7XonQq I'm not sure if the new requirements are different. In any case, I don't think the Princeton-specific requirements are relevant to what you are interested in. You can just look at the .lyx files for an example of having a separate appendix for each chapter. There might be a better way in recent versions of LyX to achieve this. I really don't know. Scott
