You have this in the preamble:

\@ifpackageloaded{babel}{

Replace this with:

\AtBeginDocument{
 % Damit der Index den Namen "Stichwortverzeichnis" erhält
 \addto\captionsgerman{\renewcommand{\indexname}{Stichwortverzeichnis}}
}

You are not using babel, but polyglossia!
