As regular readers of this list might recall, I do a lot of work which
requires
pleading paper. I have that figured out pretty much. When I have a document
that
requires a table of contents or similar complexities I use a template with
pleading
paper as the background. And when I need exact line numbers, I have a template
for that. But when I just want the document to have regular, evenly spaced
lined
numbers on the left, the template I use requires that export to ps2pdf. If I
export
to lautex the line numbering starts in the middle of the page.

I would much rather print with a lautex pdf all the time. Any suggestions as
to how
I can get lautex to start line numbers at the top of the page?

Most apologies if this appears in the list twice. I keep forgetting my proper
login.
