"\UseRawInputEncoding" works - an it´s important to put it in the first line of
preamble.
Thanks a lot, Riki, - I tested it before, but it didn´t work, because I put it
in the last line. Now it´s fine.
Can you please still check whether the file path (Buchveröffentlichung) is the
issue? This would be important for us in order to address the issue more
generally.

Thanks for this question, Jürgen, and in fact, the file path
(Buchveröffentlichung) is responsible as well:
a) with file path (Buchveröffentlichung) and "\UseRawInputEncoding" in preamble
first line, the problem UTF8 exists
b) with file path (Buchpublikation) without "\UseRawInputEncoding" in preamble
first line, the problem UTF8 exists
c) with file path (Buchpublikation) and "\UseRawInputEncoding" in preamble
first line, the problem UTF8 is solved.
