Chapter 5 in Customization > German translation

I was trying to understand the layout stuff in Chapter 5 of the 
Customization Help book and translated 5.2.2 -5.2.4  of it in German, 
hoping to understand it better. To whom could I send it, if there is 
interest to replace the English text in this German Help Chapter? I 
included also some notes for places where I had questions or difficulties.
