Reported: yes, fixed: ??? Workaround: install Inkscape and run Tools>Reconfigure. Problem: when using rsvg (or an rsvg based application??) as SVG->PDF converter, the pdflatex output freezes the Mac PDF previewer if several, originally SVG, graphics are on one output page.
