Hi Tim, I don't have any advice. I'm not familiar with that journal. Hopefully someone on the list knows something (that's why I bumped your message). Your backup plan of exporting to LaTeX sounds like a good idea, although frustrating. Best, Scott p.s. please always respond to the list
