The next mystery is what to call this in when assigning key bindings?
Try "call newframe". I use the cua binding file, and in a previous
version of LyX I had Ctrl+Alt+Return bound to the lfun necessary to exit
the current frame and start a new one. Apparently, when I upgraded to
LyX 2.2, this was converted for me to "call newframe".
