What is the LyX Version you are using? If it is LyX 2.1.4 it might help
if you reinstall LyX 2.1.4 using the latest installer:
ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/2.1.4/LyX-2.1.4-Installer-5.exe
because during the last months I fixes some Windows-specific issues.
Please not that you should not yet have a beta version of LyX 2.2
installed. Work is in progress and first with the final release of LyX
2.2.0 I can offer support.
