I translated a German version of a book in an English version. I copied for the name index one indexed name from the German into the English version, but forgot to set back the German (shown by the blue underline). This resulted in not showing it in the English name index, and in addition the two same names (which were created in the English version) were not shown either. Setting back the wrong one solved it. In my opinion this should not happen. There should at least be a warning. It is not a serious error, but it took me some time to find out the reason; therefore I report it.
