Hey Paola, Thanks again for your help but, after trying, I still can't make it work.
I click on the button at the bottom of the LyX window, that opens the panel with all the Greek letters. But then I still can't click on the letter I want, even if I try to click on every empty spaces I can find in the panel first. Could you say more about what empty spaces you're talking about? What version of LyX do you use? I'm using version 2.1.4. I agree that the problem seems to be that, when you open a panel with different symbols, LyX doesn't realize the panel is opened and you can't insert a symbol by clicking on it. Right now the only way I can insert symbols is by using the menu, but that's a major waste of time. I really hope a fix will be released soon. Best, Philippe
