When I open one on my LyX articles I get the message "Layout `sondard' was not

Somewhere in your document, you have this layout. It may be from copying and pasting from some other document. Hard to say. It could also be some mild file corruption.

In any event, in the error dialog, if you click on the various "Layout Not Found" messages that appear in the dialog, LyX will take you to the offending place in the document. In the Layout drop box, it should show "sondard (not found)". You can now change this to something else, and you should not see the message again.

If there is more than one "Layout Not Found" message, click on each one, etc.
