Thank you – I now understood, what you meant by »using sections for creating headers«, which indeed I do. I only did not do this in this short minimal example, which was way too short to see that in my large file the following examples with the headers use the behavior I want.
In fact my first line »Texttexttext«-line *is* indented: It is just in the case of an empty line before a new paragraph where the paragraph settings have to be changed, if an indentation is not wanted. This is fine, because it just happens a few times in the document.
