Hi Florian, What other options did you set? Mine does not work still with the default (natbib>numerical) and the packages loaded in that order. My LyX file has the report class. Below is the LyX file exported to LaTeX: %% LyX 2.0.1 created this file. For more info, see http://www.lyx.org/. %% Do not edit unless you really know what you are doing. \documentclass[english]{report} \usepackage{lmodern} \renewcommand{\ttdefault}{lmodern} \usepackage[T1]{fontenc} \usepackage[latin9]{inputenc} \setcounter{secnumdepth}{3} \setcounter{tocdepth}{3} \makeatletter %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% LyX specific LaTeX commands. \providecommand{\LyX}{L\kern-.1667em\lower.25em\hbox{Y}\kern-.125emX\@} %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% User specified LaTeX commands. % \usepackage[american]{babel} \usepackage{csquotes} \usepackage{lmodern} \usepackage{apacite} \usepackage[authoryear]{natbib} \usepackage{babel} \begin{document} \cite{Gilbert2004} said that APA6 is hard to implement in \LyX{}. \cite{Herbst-Damm2005} \bibliographystyle{apacite} \bibliography{apa6} \end{document}
