You do not see Chunk in Insert>Custom Inset ? This is weird.
Please try again, and give us the error messages that you get, if any.
Same error message: Sweave cannot find the b.cast data frame.
Well, did you add some read.table statement to read it? Without an
example file, it is difficult to understand what is going on.
