Dear Xin, Thank you for producing an example. I now understand what you're talking about. My best guess is that this is a LaTeX issue more than a LyX issue. You might therefore want to post on a LaTeX forum, for example tex.stackexchange.com . After you solve it from a LaTeX perspective, let us know so we can find a LyX solution for you.
